Athanasios Gkegkas
Officer of the Greek Army.
He holds a BA in Military Art (Hellenic Military Academy), a MBA in «Engineering-Economic Systems» (National Technical University of Athens / School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, a MA in International and European Studies with specialization in «Environmental Governance and Sustainable Development (Jean Monnet Program) and a PhD from National Technical University of Athens/ School of Rural and Surveying Engineering.
Since 2011 is the Head of Quality and Efficiency Department/Ministry of Defence / General Directorate of Financial Planning and Support / Directorate of Human Resources and Environment with key duties and responsibilities in the areas of :

- Strategic Management
- Project Management
