Secretary General of the Ministry of Migration Policy. He holds a BA in Law (UoA), a BA in Political Science and Public Administration(UoA), an MA in Public Law (UoA), and a PhD degree from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration (UoA). He is also a graduate of the National School of Public Administration and Local Government (1995) and of Pedagogical Technical School (1998).

He has authored the book “The allocation of competence between central government and local government from an organizational, administrative and political point of view” (Athens: SiderisPublications) and co-edited “Presidents of the Parliament and the Senate, 1828-1997” (Institute of the Hellenic Parliament). In addition, he has published several research papers on public administration, reorganization and reform efforts, competence of the local administration, the state and environmental protection and other issues related to public administration. In addition, he has taken part in many research projects and in various Greek conferences.
